As a shareholder how can I ensure that I inherit my shares correctly?

As far as we know, shares are automatically transferred to the heirs upon the shareholder’s death, in accordance with inheritance law.

Can I transfer my shares before I die?

Yes.

If your shares are bankable, you can transfer them via the banking system.

If you own non-bankable shares, a declaration of assignment signed in wet ink (or an equivalent legally valid signature) is sufficient to transfer them.

Can I also inherit my shares?

Yes.

Please ensure that your shares are distributed equally. If this is not possible, your heirs will collectively own all of the shares, or the remaining share.
